In response to the many requests for a report provided by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), McBRIDE & ASSOCIATES is proud to offer this data through the Prohibited Parties Database.

This search includes the OFAC in addition to three other government databases, all of which provide the following data:

Debarred Parties,
Denied Persons List,
Entity List,
Specifically Designated Nationals Terrorist,
Narcotic Traffickers,
Blocked Persons and Vessels.

The Prohibited Parties search will include the following information if a match is found within any of the government databases;

• Parties denied export privileges under the International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) as administered by the Office of Defense Trade Control (DTC).


• Parties denied export privileges as administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security.


• Entities subject to license requirements because of their proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.


• Parties subject to various economic sanctioned programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, such as specially designated nationals, terrorists, narcotic traffickers and blocked persons and vessels.
